Stress symptoms may be affecting your health, even though you might not realize it. The effects influence not only your body but your mood and relationships, too.
Headaches or muscle tension, chest pain or fatigue can be signs of stress and let's not forget insomnia or sleeping problems.
Our mood is influenced by stress. We feel Anxiety, Restlessness, Lack of motivation or focus, irritability or anger.
Sadness or depression are also signs of stress. Overeating or undereating, angry outbursts which affect our relationship with others.
Social withdrawal, isolation leading to low self esteem.
As you see, the negative impact of stress is huge and it is a dead end. We need to release it, let it out. For some people physical activities, sports, yoga or meditaton are the best ways to relax.
But the problem is deeper than this. We have to go to the origin of stress, to the core of our being and change the way we perceive everything.
