I don't have much confidence in my voice and tend to keep it down, but she complimented me on my voice quality and encouraged me to take more pride in it. I feel much more positive after taking this lesson. I learned for the first time that 90% of your voice comes from how you breathe. I recommend this class to anyone who doesn't have confidence in their voice. More »

His explanations are precise and he has a good grasp of your level of understanding so you don't have to worry about anything. Even if you make a mistake, he corrects you in a way that doesn't hurt your feelings, so you can just talk and talk without being scared of being wrong. I think everyone takes his classes continously because of his great personality. He's a wonderful teacher. More »

Since I am a beginner, I struggled to get the words out, but Paolo was patient with me and smiling the entire time. He wrote down explanations for all the phrases he said out loud, so they were very easy to understand. I'm so happy to have had the chance to speak in Italian with an Italian for the first time. I learned how to buy and confirm tickets for tourist attractions and tours, how to ask for directions, and how to interact with locals. When you visit a place you've always dreamed of going, of course you'll want to talk to the locals!! I learned a lot of new phrases and it was a very meaningful class. I'm looking forward to next time. More »
