Environment Canada warns residents in southern Ontario of a “potentially historic ice storm” this weekend.
Ice storm is dangerous. The roads are covered with slushy ice, which are more slippery than snow. The storm was supposed to start in the afternoon. So I went to the supermarket before lunch time to stock up for food. My fridge is now packed with food, while the driveway is packed with ice. I am not going anywhere for the whole weekend.
It is fun to watch the ice pellets falling on the driveway. My son spent an hour playing outside.
