Fit “Unhealthy” People

Dec 6, 2017

Many people have the misconception that if they work out a lot, then they can eat anything they want, however much they want.  They think that if they work out a lot, they can burn off the calories and they won’t gain a pound.

It may be true for some gym-goers that they may not gain weight by eating a lot of highly processed food, junk food, as long as they exercise enough.  These people may think it all balances out.

However, what they fail to understand is that, the highly processed food, junk food, and even the healthier prepackaged snacks have chemicals and additives in them.  These toxins cannot be burned off.  They will be stored in our body.  Over time, the toxins will cause health problems.

My advice is, eat foods that are in their natural forms.  Stay away from sport drinks, sport bars, and of course chips and cookies.
