Canada has done its best to switch as much as possible to online and delivery. Our situation in Japan is ever changing so I decided to offer a listening ( non-skype ) class where you choose the category and recieve a audio of the recipe in two speeds and a PDF of the recipe as well.
These recipes come from my family or from canada cooking magazine.
Catagories to choose from are:
Appetizers and Beverages
One of my favorite recipes from this category is my Aunt`s Mexican dip recipe that tastes great with Tocos/ Nauchos and Tostitoe chips:
Breads and muffins
I love this catagory there are so many delicious recipes one of the ones I make often is my cousins Sweet Tea Biscuts which tastes great with some butter and strawberry perserves.
Soups, stews, salads and sauces
From this catagory I absolutely love my mothers recipe for homemade speggetti sauce:
Main courses:
In this category there are many yummy recipes but I love my uncles recipe for the Donair created in my home province of Nova Scotia by Lebannon immigrants.
Vegetable and vegetarian dishes
Many people in my family vegetarians and only eat fruits and veggies so they have become creative in their options
Desserts, pies, cakes and cookies : My favorite recipe is Apple Crisp I just love it , but it`s a bit sweet.
Miscellaneous - My grandmother Mustard pickles are beyond delicious and pair great with ham.
