Hey, my name is Tim and it's great to meet you all! 

I'm 31 and living in Australia. Teaching English is my life and I love every moment of it. It's a great feeling meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals with learning English. 

Who can study with me? 

If you want to learn English - whatever your goals are - I can help! I can teach children as young as 2 years old (I'm not joking - it's a lot of fun actually!) or adults as old as 102! I have extensive experience in teaching all ages. 

What levels do I teach? 

The most popular lessons are: 

- General English: focusing on learning new expressions, grammar constructions and becoming more fluent in English
- Exam preparation: focusing on tests like IELTS, TOEIC, etc.
- Conversation + Pronounciation: a free style lesson where we can discuss your interests fluently in English or practise expressions you have learnt in other lessons. Throughout the discussions, we can develop your intonation and pronounciation. 
- English for Children ( 2 Years Old - 4 Years Old): Exposing kids to English and setting the foundations for learning English through interactive games and activities.
-English for Children (4 Years Old - 10 Years Old): Building on the English the children may already know and beginning to see more and more output! Through games and activities, the kids won't even know that they are learning. 
- English for Children (10 Years+): Helping the children speak English and be confident in their speaking. I also can assist with any exams or assignments that they may have from school

I teach all levels and all subjects. If what you want to study isn't listed below, please reach out to me and I can make a custom lesson for you. 

How long have I taught English? 

I've taught English to both adults and kids for over 10 years. I have taught every kind of class there is - I've taught general English, business English, IELTS / TOEIC, pronunciation and conversation classes. 

What are my expectations for the class? 

I want all my students to feel motivated! I know that learning a language can be stressful - I study languages too! But.. if you have a supportive teacher and the right attitude, learning a language can be so rewarding and motivating. 

My lessons are also practical! This is the most important thing when learning a language - you need to be able to use it. Textbooks are important but they should not be the focus of a class! Let's speak English using natural expressions and focus on our fluency and ability to flexibly use the language.
