Hi everyone！
My name is Mito. I was born in Kyoto, Japan. When I was a university student, I taught English at a private cram school to 9 to 18 years old students for 4 years. It was so enjoyable and I have always had a passion to teach language again!
I studied English in the U.K., America and Canada, so I can help you to learn Japanese in English when needed.
Having worked at an office for more than 8 years, I can provide you Keigo (formal Japanese) lessons, and business Japanese lessons as written below.
1. Keigo (敬語) lesson
We use Keigo (formal Japanse) in our daily conversasion a lot. I would say you must learn this if you stay in Japan. I will give you very useful Keigo words and how to use them.
2. Business Japanese lesson
I worked at city hall as a civil servant for 8 years. I would say I worked at the most Japanesey place to work! In a way, I can give you a lot of useful working tips as well as business Japanese. You might find it hard sometimes but you'll get more respect after you learn business manners!
3. Conversation practice
Throughtout learning a language, speaking and listening are the most difficult parts because it's harder to get oppotunities to use them than reading and writing. You need people to speak with and listen to. We will talk about anything you like freely to get you an oppotunity to speak and listen to Japanese so that you get used to Japanese and build more confidence!
