Hi! My name is Samantha. I'm a college graduate from Illinois State University with a passion for teaching, and for learning. I have experience working in a teaching role with both native and non-native English speakers, and have given rewarding lessons in English, art, music, and design.
A little bit about me – I live in Chicago, Illinois, and I have a black cat named Cinder. My interests are music, art, reading, and learning new languages!
My favorite part about teaching is helping my students succeed, so I consider myself to be a very flexible teacher! I am willing to work with you individually to find the learning style that works best for you. I recommend starting with a quick introductory lesson so we can get to know each other and decide what style of lesson would work best. I welcome all levels of learners, from beginner to fluent! No matter your current speaking ability, I can give you the tools you need to improve your skills and help you to be more confident in your abilities.
