Hello!
I'm yoga teacher and aromatherapy instructor Mira.
I'm based in Kansai.
It's been a number of years since I started teaching yoga.
I used to have a weak body, and it was during an emotionally difficult time that I first encountered yoga.
Since I started yoga, my body has become stronger, I've calmed down and become a more positive me.
The reason I wanted to become a yoga teacher was I wanted to share the blessings I've received from yoga with everybody.
Regarding yoga practiced with poses, I teach hatha yoga as a foundation, vinyasa yoga, aroma yoga, mindfulness yoga and so on.
I also do kirtan yoga, which features music, mantras and singing!
Aromatherapy is also something wonderful for keeping constancy in your body and soul.
Aromatherapy and yoga go together very well and both are well suited to helping you keep a good body and mind balance.
For sure let's do yoga together!
～About yoga instructor Mira～
I began yoga to improve my poor physical condition when I was a company employee. I realized the importance of having my own time and of being focused on the present, and after a year of yoga practice I obtained my yoga teacher certification. After that I moved to Australia on my own and did yoga teaching at a retreat, studied philosophy at a yoga ashram and continued asana teaching until I came back to Japan in 2015. After returning I taught exclusively at a major yoga studio. I also did interpretation for YogaWorks Yoga Teacher Training. Up to this point I had over 1000 hours of teaching time in group and private lessons. Since 2016 I have been holding occasional yoga events. Currently, I'm engaged in aromatherpy and medical herb study, am a AEAJ aromatherapy instructor and also a Reiki practitioner.
