フランスで再び新型コロナウイルス感染者数が増えだしたというニュースを聞いてご連絡を差し上げたのが先月。そして今回久しぶりにレッスンを予約したのはパリを含む9都市圏に4週間の夜間外出禁止令が出る直前でした。そんな中でカフェトーク以外でもお忙しそうな先生にお願いごとをするのは申し訳なかったのですが、ご挨拶を兼ねて先生に質問したいことがあるとお伝えしたところ、快く希望どおり文書で回答してくださいました。ある著名なアメリカ人女性がが引用した言葉の意味、そして大統領選挙に関する「もしも」についての私の疑問に丁寧に答えて頂いただけで十分でしたが、それに関連した記事が２つ添えられていました。本で読ん...

This was my first lesson with Charles, and it went far beyond my expectation: I mean I was quite impressed with his sincere attitude toward his students. We discussed the goals I have set in English learning and motivations behind them. I am now able to review my studying plan in more realistic perspectives thanks to his suggestions. He is gentle, fun to talk with and has a good sense of humor. Time flies when taking his lessons.
