Today, I am going to talk about 'coaching'. Do you know what it is?

 

I would like to tell you general information about coaching here.

 

'Coaching' is a kind of method on drawing peoples' potential or their self-esteem. You've known this kind at the sports field like a player and a coach. ---Yes, you can see a sport player who can make an earnest effort to get high record with a coach.

 

It is said this skill has influenced not only in the field of sports but another and it become more popular recently.

 

The merit of coaching skills are as follows:

 

1. Drawing potential

 

2. Increasing initiative

 

.Maintaining motivation

 

Thanks to this method of coaching skill, some people have passed their qualification tests and others have reach their own goals to have set.

 

I'll let you know the difference between Coaching and Counseling. 

 

It is said that counseling is a method that a counselor consults people who fail to some mental problem, which is less than mental sickness, and raise each patient's mental energy from minus level to zero level.

 

However, coaching is a method that a coach consults people who are wondering what to do to realize their dreams or goals and raise each patient's mental energy from zero level to more than zero.

Under the care of a coach, or doing self-coaching, you will spend much fruitful life than before.
