Some learners here on Cafetalk might be soon graduating or have recently graduated from a stage in their educational journey. This can be a time of self-reflection as you will soon start a new stage in your career or education. At this stage you know more about the world and about yourself than you did before. You are better prepared to make positive choices and to impact the world. There may be stumbling blocks, but life is a process of continuing to grow. Luckily, there will be people around us on our team that we can lean on for guidance and for advice.
As I have recently graduated from University with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art, I am thinking about such questions. Here, in the USA, we focus on a liberal education which is well rounded. This is so that we can develop skills in literature, math, science, economics, and other topics. Thanks to my well rounded education, I am a believer in the power of interdisciplinarity as well. I believe that we can all understand and appreciate each other's efforts better when we are more well rounded in our knowledge topics. I hope to be a life long learner and keep improving my skills. Also, I hope to keep learning new things. If you feel that you relate to this, I would love to discuss more about this topic with you. You can sign up for a discussion here
