For me, the body must always be in balance.
That starts with healthy food, which leads my exercise, sleep and body condition to be optimum.
A healthy body will in turn make you feel good, as the hormones and in balance and your sleep is of a high quality.
Feeling good leads and having a healthy mind leads to you making sensible decisions, and performing correct actions in the world.
This in turn has has a knock on effect on others, which continues the cycle going.
