Healthy food = Healthy body = Healthy mind

Although I am extremely fortunate that my body recovers very quickly (we are able to go hiking a day after I run 100 miles!) - it is essential to take care to avoid long lasting damage which is more external.

Whilst my outer appearance is generally fine, the internal (such as the nervous system) may not be.

Things like swimming, gentle walking, and most importantly - healthy food, are essential for longevity in any sport and for life in general.
