On the right -
BROCCOLI 'CHEESE' SOUP
Broccoli, hemp hearts, cashew nuts, chia seeds, turmeric, garlic, onion and nutritional yeast.
Both are 100% plant based, raw (not cooked above a certain temperature in order to retain all of the nutrients) and organic!
The perfect meal to fuel myself for my 100 mile (161km) ultramarathon tomorrow.
