こんにちは！
ヨガ歴10年インストラクター歴1年のAyaです！
子供の頃からダンスを始め、社会人になってからはサーフィンを始めて、体を動かすことがとても好きです。
好きな事をする為にも、元気で健やかな身体をキープすることがとても大切だと思います！
ヨガとの出会いは学生時代にダイエットをしようと思ったのがきっかけです。初めはフィットネス感覚で続けていたのですが、心も整えるという事を知ってヨガについて学びたいと思うようになりました。
RYT200を取得し、ホットヨガインストラクターとしてスタジオ勤務を経験して、人と人との繋がりや同じ時間を共有することでホッとする気持ちや温かさを感じました。
オンラインでもホッとする温かさをお届けできればと思います。
ヨガをすることでごちゃごちゃしていた頭の中がリセットされたり、体が軽くなる感覚を味わっていただきたいです！
ついつい頑張りすぎてしまう、自分の時間を中々作れない！という方はぜひ一緒に自分を労る時間を作りましょう。
自分に優しくすることで人に優しくなれたり、優しさの輪が広がってくれたら嬉しいです。
