【Self-introduction】
Normally, I am work at a seitai clinic in Kyoto. (sola is the name of the clinic)

Principally through the arts of chiropratic and muscle membrane therapy,
I perform medical treatments which alleviate physical issues, inability to sleep and general malaise.


【Services contents】
What I do is
order-made online maintenance.
 
For people who are taking care of their own shoulder and lower back pain. I especially recommend my services for people who need somebody to listen to them about their physical or mental issues.
 

The first lesson is an examination by way of a counselling and interview session.

The reason for this somewhat longer period of session time is that since it is online, I would first like to build a relationship of mutual trust between us before proposing any kind of stretching, etc. Depending on the situation, this may need to be prolonged sometimes.

Receive counselling and become more familiar with your condition, please.
And then you can your desired strectching, etc.
If you'd like to continue to the next step, I can propose a kind of stretching or exercise that is best suited to your particular symptoms♪
 


【Why is order-made maintenance recommended?】
Due to the recent coronavirus situation, the number of people lacking in exercise has increased.

I recommend exercise as a lifestyle habit, and this trend is very good but there is something I'd really like you to know.

The truth that
"Just becuase it's an effective exercise for someone else doesn't mean it's good for you!"

Videos are consistently recommeded as a good medium. Of course you are likely to get some good results, but I'd like you to know that "there are times when they may have a bad or aggravating effect on your body".
For example, what do you think about people with a bent back doing bending exercises?

If you are lacking exercice, don't you think suddenly doing athlete-level muscle training is dangerous?

There are many cases where you're not told things like the cause of lower back pain(It's the same case for things besides back pain)
In fact it's a wide variety of connected factors such as internal organ fatigue, stress, posture, the allignment of your teeth, your way of walking and/or your personality.

Therefore, first and foremost you need to know which exercise is detrimental and which is effective for your body.
 
Of course, there are some conditions which cannot be treated with self-care.(You can't reach the middle of your own back...)
However, there is no doubt that in order to keep yourself in a good state everyday self-maintenance is effective!
