Hi, I'm a yoga instructor, Katsuno.
Thank you for visiting my link among all the instructors out here.
Yoga has now become known as one of an exercise to get your body moving in a healthy way. But yoga has way more depth than simply moving your body. It connects your mind and soul as one and cleanse them to become a better being.
As I practiced yoga, I soon find myself feel satisfaction, content with myself and felt as if something has left my body, felt ligtened. This miracle power that yoga brings into soul and mind is the reason why I kept practicing in daily bases.
Due to my job, I travel very often that I suffered from jetlags, insominia, constipation, slow metaboism for years. However, yoga has not only solved these problems but lightened shoulder and back pain that I have had since I was young.
Whatever your reason might be to step into yoga, I am looking forward to getting to know you through this amazing tool, Yoga.
This maybe your first time giving yoga a go or you may have been practicing it for while, whatever your level might be, I am more than happy to make up a lesson that is suitable for you.
