Hello!
I’m Katy and I’m a native English speaker from the UK.
I’ve been an English language teacher for the last 20 years and during this time I have taught:
- children, teenagers and adults
- beginner to advanced levels
- business English
- exam preparation, especially for the IELTS exam
MY BACKGROUND
I was born in the UK and have a degree in Social Anthropology from the University of St. Andrews.
MY TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I teach face-to-face and online. I have the Cambridge Certificate and Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I have tutored individuals face-to-face and online, and worked in language schools, colleges and universities.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I am a friendly and fun teacher and want you to feel comfortable and confident learning English.
