Hi! I'm Jason. I'm half Japanese, from Melbourne, Australia. I grew up in Melbourne and have been living in Japan since 2015.
I'm a friendly and caring person, I like to see my students succeed. I believe in the "tell, show, try, do" method - I will tell what the topic is, show the student how to use it, have the student try and eventually have the student doing it (almost) perfectly. I want the student talking as much as possible to increase their overall fluency.
I have over 5 years expereince of teaching English in Japan. I've taught at various eikaiwa's, different ages and English abilities. I love being able to help someone understand a topic and see their progression over time.
I'm also into running, hiking, trail running. I like being outdoors in nature.
