Hi,
My name is Simon. I have been an English teacher for nearly 30 years.
I have taught English in Japan for 12 years, teaching adults and children. Working mainly in Companies and a Cram school in Tokyo. The ages ranged from 6-year olds up to adults. New university graduates, just joining a company to senior company directors.
After that I went to Thailand and I lived and worked there for 8 years, teaching adults and children.
Now, I live in Cambodia (Phnom Penh). I taught adults and children for 3 years. I decided to concentrate on teaching online (for over a year). I teach Chinese and Russian students, both adults and children. Mostly one – on one classes.
I am also an editor/proofreader.I have many years experience proofreading scientific documents and general business documents.
Never be scared to ask questions, if you do not understand something.This is all part of the learning process. Also, enjoy your learning experience!
I have a few hobbies, reading, listening to music and swimming in the sea, when I can.
