Background
Hello、my name is Laurence, and I'm from Chicago, IL USA. I have been living in Tokyo for over 20 years, and over that time I have been teaching English to everyone from children to adults in both group settings and privately. I enjoy sports, music, movies and especially doing outdoor activities. Also, I am an independent private trader and I am managing a trading group.
English Training:
I understand the difficulties in learning English, and I focus the lesson time on communication. Through tailored lessons we discuss a variety of topics with homework to provide the preparation and review time necessary to build upon each lesson. I am very flexible and can move as fast or slow depending on your ability and motivation. Beginners are also very welcome and developing a solid foundation will help you progress much quicker.
Trading Education in English:
I have been trading for many years, and I have helped many people learn how to trade and some to become profitable at it. Whether you wish to trade real money or not, trading is a valuable education to understand how the markets move, spot opportunities, the simple management of money and risk, and how to develop a plan to get involved.

People describe me as a friendly person who is a good listener. I am educated as an architect, and I have designed and built various buildings and spaces. It has helped me in many ways throughout my trading and teaching career.
