As a teacher, I have been told to be very active and easygoing and can carry out flexible class management according to the character and objectives of each student. I consider myself to be a very patient teacher who cares about the guidance so that students' both satisfaction and comprehension degree will increase as much as possible.
I have my own teaching methods and materials, but I`m always open to learn and incorporate new teaching ways, as I`m always brushing up my own skills.
