【About my carrier】
I graduated a college of studying foreign languages. I studied English and French there.
Even after graduation I continued studying English privately to study art and design in the UK.
Last year I learned about the French language and the Tunisian cuisine in Tunisia about a year. Now I live and work in Osaka as a free-lance designer.
I have worked in the design industries, such as the package design, the graphic designs, and the web design. Also, I have the experience of support for computers and peripheral equipments in a call center.
I also have the experience of teaching English for a junior high school student privately.
I have tought English for junior high-school students for a few years.
I can also teach you Japanese, especially if you have questions I am happy to help you.
Also, if you have your websites or flyer but you don't really like the design, I can give you some good advice too.
I would be happy to hear from you. :)
【About my lessons】
I have previous work experience of performing at customer support for five years.
I'm always trying to correspond in the correct and beautiful Japanese language which I have taken advantage of manners and wording in speech (especially modest and honorific wording)
Also, I always keep in mind to talk plainly and explain systematically.
Some of my students give me feedback that my correspondence is very polite, I assume that is because they evaluated that point.
Also, in the second half of call center carrier, not only the customer support but I also have the experience of the role of mentor whom I performed instruction by hearing the same call while the newcomers attended customers over the phone.
Since I have been taught English and French by various teachers, so I know very well the side of learners.
In my lesson, I try to teach students in the natural way based on their characters, capabilities.
I am good at making aware of what students trying to say in Japanese, and telling it to them in Japanese correctly.
Even if it's wrong, don't be negative and try talking. ^^
