Dear Students:

Skype problems are occuring yet again. 

Issues:

1. Connection: lagging, or constant "connecting....."
2. Audio
3. Dropped calls

I have checked my network and computer system, which are both running fine.

***Unfortunately, when connections lag there is nothing that we can do. We can, however, try to put less stress on Skype's network by simply turning off our webcams. Here are some steps that we can take: 

1. Everyone, please check that your earphones, headphones, or speakers are working properly.

2. I will NOT videocall you. I will call you.

3. If we can connect and hear each other, we may then opt to turn on our webcams. 

4. I welcome any and all suggestions.
