Description

デスクワークや、家事、スマホの操作、細かい作業、何かと肩が内側に入りやすい姿勢になっていることが多いですね。猫背になりやすかったり肩や首のコリが気になる方は一緒にほぐしていきましょう。
筋肉が硬くなってしまう前に、ほぐす習慣を身に付けることで慢性化を防いでいきます! 
 体の調子が良くなると心の調子も良くなります!
 自分の体と心メンテナンスしていきましょう!
