1. The basics of “Keigo”
①謙譲語/Kenjougo (Humble Language):「お/ご〜する」Example：お知らせします。ご紹介します。
②尊敬語/Sonkeigo (Honorific Language):「お/ご〜になる」Example：お帰りになる。ご利用になる
We will practice using these forms.
2. Greetings, self-introduction (in a company-setting or in front of your superiors)
3. Offering an invitation
4. Making a request, asking someone for something
5. Apologising, expressing regret
6. Stating your opinion
7. Making or taking a reservation
8. Japanese for the Service Industry (Restaurants, Hotels)
