The standard format will be around 30-35 minutes of Yoga, which will be comprised of elements such as the following :
With the remaining 10-15 minutes being based around Meditation.
- Stress Release
- Sleep Improvement
and much more.
Whether you would like to focus more on the gentle (Yin) or the stronger (Yang) aspects of these disciplines is entirely up to you.
