Business English skills-based for conference calls
Description
Lessons will be built around your needs with special focus on conference calls. You will practice how to manage the flow of conference calls, deal with interruptions and disagreements, how to stand your ground, discuss and present ideas, how to describe features and benefits.
We will start with a short video or audio recordings, analyse particular communication and business skills and encourage your active participation - presentation, discussion, role-play, etc.
