This class gives me a different sensation and feelings from that of hatha yoga.I concentrated on meditation during the simple and slow movements, and I sleep well at the night although the typhoon was coming, being so relaxed and comfortable.

I like his lesson so much because his guidances and explanations are logical and reasonable.He has a wealth of knowledge (
including the new ideas/theories of physical activities and nutrition) and experiences,each of which is well organized and can be applied in many physical conditions. The key of the theory seems to be the martial arts,which is also very instructive for me as the one who is practicing yoga, because yoga asanas also include the same notion in its basis.I hope that he keeps teaching at cafetalk. ♪Thanks♪

Her classes are just amazing! These are well-balanced,more focused on personal insight,and very energetic yoga class.I always enjoy the practice for it invigorates me.

David was fantastic as always. Very professional and experienced. He answers all my questions and encourages me. David is good at making students feel comfortable and relaxed to work out on camera.

I had so much fun in this lesson! I could feel all my muscles working and afterwards I felt so refreshed. I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow and I'm definitely sticking with tutor Nemanja's workout classes! He's energetic, fun, professional, and a great trainer. Thank you, see you soon!

Her yoga class always gives me various explanation of yoga and it really helps for me to gain more insight. When I practice Kundalini yoga with her,I feel that it actulally has detoxing effect.It's useful for mental stabilization although I only practice a little bit of it.

Her classes are based on traditional Hatha yoga practice.It gives me more than physical dicipline as I take from ordinary workouts. I really enjoyed observing how the practice affected my body and soul throughout the class.

David’s training is professional, not intimidating, and his suggestions and explanations on postures are very easy to understand. David is also very supportive with enthusiasm and encouragements. A detailed written feedback based on my situation is provided afterwards. I enjoy the session very much, and would recommend to anyone who wants to start a long term work-out plan but dont know where to begin.

The lesson was great a usual. I really like how David designs the exercises to my specific level and goals. This is the best way to stay motivated and have fun even while working out in a full one hour session!

The lesson was much better than i expected. It was very helpful to get immediate feedback on my postures and to be able to identify my personsal strengths and weakness and how to build on them. David was very professional and gave lots of good advice, and having him instruct me helped me stay focused for the full hour and get work out specific things that i nneeded to. I was a bit nervous about taking the lesson with a male teacher, but it wasn't at all uncomfortable and i would definitely like to be able to take such lessons again.

I told him that I have back pain, he let me know some stretchings that I can easily follow. Also workout itself was pretty good. Recommended!

The training is great and very effective. David responds to the needs and creates a personal training which is hard but also fun. The change in the body is quickly visible.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness. My wrist hurt since I did too much weight training excecise and arm balance postures before the lesson that week.You paid careful attention to that and modified the lesson to adjust my condition. Now it doesn't hurt any more.See you next time!
