This time I asked Rhys to correct my English by showing the chat that I had with Amazon customer service staff. There was one sentence that I couldn’t understand. But it turned out that the Amazon staff wrote a grammatically wrong sentence. It couldn’t be helped that I couldn’t understand. I was a bit relieved. Thank you!

Thank you for the enjoyable lesson! In addition to daily conversation, I asked Rhys about difference between EVERY and ALL. He showed me two links and taught the basic rules of grammar. That rules were simple! But, as he said, it’s simple but easy to forget. Each time I ask him grammatical question, he shows me good link. It’s very helpful!

Thank you for the feedback. It's a very useful as usual!
In today’s lesson, other than usual conversation I could learn new way to use a dictionary. I didn’t know what “collocation” means, although I’ve seen this word often in my dictionary. It was very useful. Thank you!

Thanks for enjoyable talking always. It's an interesting public language different in each area of your country behind history event by French and Britain. It's important to keep the same nation patriotism in the same country.

Rhys is so friendly and thoughtful that I enjoyed his lesson a lot:) If there was some words I don't know, he explained them carefully and sent to me on skype. Although I was a bit nervous because it was my 1st English lesson on Cafe Talk, but he asked me some questions based on my introduction and that made me feel relax soon. Thank you very much!

Thank you for the feedback! It’s very useful as usual. In this feedback you corrected my words from “every” to “all.” I always mix up these two words. So I’d like to learn about it in our next lesson.
Thank you for today’s lesson! Rhys always keeps natural conversation carefully and sometimes corrects my mistake soon, these balance are really helpful. Today we talked about cultural appropriation that was hot topic among Japanese women now. I hope I could explain what it was correctly.

It was a fruitful lesson as always. Time flew by surprisingly quickly. We always have something to chat about to a greater or lesser extent. Therefore, it’s not easy to GET DOWN TO BUSINESS. Having a small talk while exchanging banter with him is quite fun though, Once we get started, Rhys explains usages of phrasal verbs and responds to my questions in a cordial manner. Due to my being under the weather and my GETTING INTO a different language, I’ve managed to GET IN an hour or so for preparation. That said, when Rhys is always well-prepared,how could I slack off?
I always GET new knowledge and the depth of language learning OUT OF his lessons.

Thank you for enjoyable lesson! Today we talk about some words that have deferent nuance between Japanese and English. “Cost performance” ”bike” and “konbucha.” In daily Japanese conversation we use “cost performance” for everything, like cosmetics, books or food, but in English it is used in financial conversation. I could learn it in this lesson. It was useful. Thanks!

This lesson was the first time in a few weeks. Unfortunately Skype connection was’n the best, the lesson was awesome. This time we had conversation about news topic. Maybe it was unusual in our lesson, because we usually talk about what happen in the week. But it was very satisfying. It would be nice that I will bring more news topic from now on. Thank you very much!

Rhys accepted my request and we worked on many more phrasal verbs than usual.
I hope he was able to STRETCH OUT his legs when we took a short break. I tend to BOMBARD him with questions not only on definitions but also on synonyms. I’m thankful he never SCREWS UP his face in disgust when I PUT an abrupt question TO him. What I appreciate is he sincerely answers my questions whatever they are. In addition to that ,he is very honest. He’s far from GLOSSING OVER tough questions. He checks them on the spot or looks them up later for me. I wish I could REEL OFF the definitions of the phrasal verbs I learned and make sentences using them. To my dismay,I sometimes just DRY UP. Rhys is patient and thoughtful enough to wait for me to speak. Unfortunately some tutors only TALK AT us which makes us CLAM UP. Rhys is a tutor to hear me out and tries to SOUND me OUT to make sure whether I comprehend phrasal verbs through his explanations. Our lessons were fruitful as always, and every minute was priceless just listening to Rhys.

Thank you for lesson! Actually I didn’t have enough topic for this lesson and I was worried a bit if we could keep conversation for 25minutes. But I didn’t need to concerned it. With a small topic that I bought new guidebook as a start, our conversation expanded thanks to Rhys help. It was enjoyable and helpful as usual.

My daughter told that she did an interesting game called “20 questions” in this lesson. She said that she couldn’t find the answer during the lesson, but she seemed to have enjoyed the game.

Thank you for the lesson. As usual, it is very helpful that you teach me new expression and grammar tips during free conversation. Both can improve my natural conversation skill.
