Is it really that difficult to pass an interview?

Simple answer - No, passing the interview is easy.
                        BUT
Getting the job offer is very, very difficult.

Why ?
Because  many people are interviewed to fill just a few job openings.
You can "pass" the interview, you can even be the best candidate, and still not land the job.

To receive one of the elusive job offers, you need to pass the interview with flying colours, you need to stand out from the other applicants, you need to be seen to "fit in", you need to be an "Ace".
