In the speaking section you are given a lot of latitude, you should focus on giving a fluent, simple explanation of your opinion. Remember it is "your" opinion, so don't make it complicated, give a simple, straightforward explanation of what YOU think, don't waste your effort on trying to be technically correct on a complicated subject, just state your thoughts simply and clearly.
