Off of the plane and up to the mountains!

May 30, 2018

With Koyasan Ultramarathon next week, I woke up early to head to the highest mountain in Osaka prefecture for a day of training.

Being ‘fit’ may have a lot of different meanings to different people, but to me it represents a lifestyle whereby you are able to experience everything and enjoy life to the fullest!

For me it is essential to practice what I preach, and be an example for others who are struggling to overcome an obstacle in their lives, or to empower them to feel the indescribable satisfaction that we experience when we complete an extremely tough challenge.

This is why I love my work!
