Hello Everyone!
As many of my students know, I usually put stress on the fact that learning a language is about communication, not about perfection. So although I correct you during lessons, what is the most important is helping you clearly express your opinions and ideas so others can understand you.
And that brings us to this article I found, which discusses "What is correct English?" I definitely agree with the author, that teaching English is about expressing ideas and being understood, not about perfect grammar. Although grammar is important, it can help make our sentences easier to understand definitely, should teachers critique every 'incorrect' sentence?
