One Year Beside The Ocean

Weekly Topic: Would you rather go to the sea side or go climb a mountain?

I used to think I only loved mountains. I was raised near mountains and often lived in mountainous regions. I especially enjoyed watching clouds of rain hover over the mountains as I drove to work in the morning. 
One year, I decided to live in a new place. I had never lived near the sea or the ocean so I decided to run to the beach each day and take some time to look at the ocean. I fell in love with the seaside and with how it changes daily. The breeze raised my spirits and the sand felt nice on my feet. I was not able to live near the ocean for very long, but I am glad that I had the experience. I discovered my love for water.
