実は私が大好きな日本料理の一つ「なます」です!
これは大根・人参などを刻んで砂糖とお酢を入れます。
そして1日くらいでおいしく食べられます^^
とても良い食べ物です!
始めはお正月の料理として食べられていたのですが、最近は「お酢」にとても注目が集まっています。
なのでこんなに簡単に手に入るようになりました!
本来ならば昆布も入っているのですが、これは入っていないのですぐに買いました!!
昆布は大好きなのですが、甲状腺機能亢進症があるので仕方ない^^;
うちの祖母(94)が作るなますはとてもおいしいのですが・・・昆布がたくさん入っているので食べられない。
こんなに残念なことはないです~~~

最初は酸っぱいかもしれませんがとてもおいしいですよ^^
실은 제가 제일 좋아하는 일식은 [나마수]입니다.
이건 무우 인삼등 새겨 설탕이나 초를 넣읍니다.
그리고 하루1일정도 넣으면 맛있게 먹을게요.
처음에 이음식을 설날에서 먹고있지만 요즘 일본에 초가 몸이 좋은데 인기가 많고 여러분 먹어요.
그리고 간당한게 살거에요.
실은 다시마가 필요하지만 이건 없는데 바로 샀습니다.
저는 다시마가 너무 좋아하지만 갑상선 기능 항진증이 있는데 할수없어요 욱욱...
우리 할머니가 만든 나마수는 가장 맛있어요~~!! 하지만 저는 못 먹는데 아쉬네요...
