Tea and Coffee. You don’t have to choose.

Weekly Topic: Are you a tea drinker? or a coffee drinker?

Beth S

I love drinks almost as much as I love food. I love both coffee and tea although I usually drink them on different occasions.

In the morning I have a cup of coffee, I make this with a moka pot on the stove. I usually treat myself to a special roast. Since I only have one cup a day, I like to make it into an important part of my morning routine.

After lunch I usually have a cup of tea with milk. I am British after all. I think tea is much lighter than coffee and find it easier to drink later in the day. I don’t drink caffeine after lunch time so for the rest of the day I drink herbal teas. My favourite is fruit tea – made from dried fruits - or rooibos / red bush tea.

My favourite place to buy tea is bird and blend. They are eco-friendly and their tea is the most delicious I’ve found.
