General update + Schedule open!

I am now back in the UK as many of you know, and am finally feeling 'somewhat' settled...

I must admit that I think I left my heart in Japan!

The UK does not really feel like home still, and I feel deep sadness at not being able to see the wonderful friends and beautiful mountains that were such a big part of my life over the past two years.

But what's important is that it is not the end.

I am by no means complaining about the UK.
Compared to many countries in the world right now, I consider myself pretty lucky to be living here.

But in terms of what I want and need on a personal level, I feel that life here is not fulfulling me at the moment.

After having just finished a 100 mile (161km) running race in the UK with 4000 metres vertical ascent, I am eager not to have a break!
This coming week I will be attempting the 3 Peaks 24 Hour Challenge, which entails climbing the tallest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours. That includes driving time between the mountains, and getting to the top as fast as possible and then back down again.

I can't wait :-)

Have a wonderful day everyone, and please feel free to check out my lesson list for new lessons.
My schedule has just been updated for the next two weeks, and I am looking forward to teaching and getting to know more of you!

In truth, teaching is all I really know.
I have taught fitness, English, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and have led groups on rehabilitation classes and more over the past 11 years. This is such a large part of me, and when I am not teaching I feel empty.

'I teach, therefore I am'

Have a wonderful weekend everyone and don't forget to enjoy and appreciate your time with friends and family :-)
