Today's workout :
- 5 minutes shadow boxing to loosen up
- 5km run
- 110 x Pullups (or chest expansions if there is no pullup bar)
- 250 x Pushups
- 325 x Squats
- 5 km run
- 10 minutes swinging Indian clubs
And then the teaching work begins!
I am now teaching FULL hours (approximately 8-9 hours each day) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. With Friday being a half day (finishing at 1.30pm) to have a break and explore the natural surroundings.
