"Do you know where your money is?"

2018年9月17日

Hello Cafetalk Community!

Do you know where your money is? Maybe the meme above can help you recall where all your hard-earned money went! There are many English terms for various forms of payment to different institutions. Just like there are many forms of payment in other countries, there is a variety of ways money exchange hands in the US / Canada.

[For example:] ~ *Google translate translation below:

Donation: 寄付

Fee / Tuition: 学費

Bribe: 賄賂

Tax: 税金

Ransom: 身代金

Allowance: 余裕

Loan: 融資

Wage: 賃金

Salary: 給料

Fine: 罰金

Alimony: 代謝

Pension: 年金

Debt: 借金

Tip: チップ

(Google translate)

I hope the above helps distinguish between the various forms of monetary values in English. Well, as they say, you can always make more money, right?

I also wanted to mention that I have three different Discount Value Packs. I wanted to let you know about the length of the lessons and the number of points for each.

PS: I believe the image below serves as an affirmation that you can post on your mirror, so you can look at it every day. I believe in the "Law of Attraction" and that it's possible to attract what you focus on into your life. Just keep feeding your brain with positive affirmations and your life will begin to reflect your thoughts and materialize your innermost desires. "Garbage in, garbage out," you know? ... Just my "two cents."  (American idiom)
Warmest regards,
Lady Ayame
